Join us for an elegant and festive night, filled with inspired conversation, cocktail reception, and a 4 course dinner as we commemorate our 10th anniversary of our signature program, ‘Bren + Friends Serve D.C.’! We’ll be honoring our devoted volunteers, staff, community partners and inviting you to be a part of a movement rooted in love, compassion and impact in our nation’s capitol!  This special evening brings together community advocates, our partners and supporters in celebration of our mission and a shared commitment to fostering change and equitable access to vital resources in the DMV-area. It’s a lively vibe we’ll then dance to! We look forward to celebrating with you!

With a fundraising goal of $50,000, your presence and contribution will help support the development of additional signature programs in 2026 and beyond. Your participation will directly contribute to new initiatives that bring food, essential life skills, and expanded services to the communities we serve.

Our purpose is simple yet profound: to serve with love and create lasting impact in the lives of DC’s most vulnerable communities. For 10 years, our signature holiday program Bren & Friends Serve DC has provided nourishment, dignity, and hope to thousands of our unhoused and underserved neighbors. With the launch of our Christmas in July initiative and the growth of the Bren Herrera Foundation, we are expanding this mission into year-round programs that uplift families, empower youth, and build stronger communities. Our vision is a DMV — and beyond — where everyone has access to food, opportunity, and compassionate support.
